1. Returns & Refunds

- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition. All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and included with the return. Please ensure that the product is carefully packed to prevent damage during the return shipping process.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, sale items, or gift cards, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your items back. Please include this RA number in the return package to ensure smooth processing.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is safely delivered.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, as well as any customs or duties charges incurred during the return process. Please note that shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable.
